Terms
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms cover bidding on a slot and having it played on the panel. Placing a bid means you accept them.
The auction
- Every slot runs as an open ascending auction. All slots for a walk share one deadline: bidding closes when that walk begins.
- A slot is a fixed total of panel time, played as showings spread along the walk. A bid is one price for that total; the length is a property of the slot and is not selected by the bidder.
- A bid must be at or above the floor published for that length. The typical price we publish alongside the floor is guidance only: it is not a maximum and does not limit what you may bid.
- The highest bid on a slot holds it. Equal bids are ranked by which was placed first.
- To outbid the current holder you must beat them by at least ten euros, or five percent, whichever is greater.
- A bid placed within the final ten minutes extends that slot’s close by ten minutes. A contested slot may therefore stay open past the walk’s scheduled start; the countdown shown on the site is when the walk sets off, not a guarantee that bidding has stopped.
Money
- Twenty percent of your bid, with a ten euro minimum, is authorised when you bid.
- If you are outbid, or if we refuse your creative, the authorisation is released in full and automatically.
- If you win, the deposit counts towards the price and the balance is due within seven days of the close. If it is not paid, the deposit is forfeited and the slot passes to the runner-up.
- All bids are placed and settled in euros. Dollar figures shown on the site are indicative and carry no rate guarantee.
Creative
Every creative is reviewed by hand before it reaches the panel. We may refuse any creative or any bidder at our sole discretion and without giving a reason; a refused bid is refunded in full. You confirm that you hold the rights to whatever you send us.
Delivery
A slot is delivered when the panel has played your creative for the purchased duration on the scheduled walk. If a walk is cancelled or a slot does not play, you may take the equivalent slot on the next walk or a full refund, at your choice. If the panel fails part-way through a slot, the unplayed minutes are refunded.
What is not guaranteed
We make no promise about impressions, reach, views, clicks, footfall, engagement or results of any kind, and we publish no audience figures. You are buying screen time, the content assets described on the front page, and a listing - nothing beyond that.
Liability
Our liability for any slot is limited to what you paid for that slot. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
